Text Formatting in Word Alignment
This topic in MS Word Training will familiarize you with Text Formatting in Word Alignment.
Again, this can be achieved in two ways. One method is to do the text formatting in word alignment while we are typing the phrase or paragraph that we wish to align. Second method is to do the formatting after we have finished typing the phrase or paragraph through text block.
In the first method, press the desired icon to activate the required alignment (as shown in the graphic below) before starting the phrase or paragraph and again press the same icon after completing the phrase or paragraph which requires such special alignment.
The second method is useful when you want to do Text Formatting in Word Alignment after the phrase or paragraph has already been typed. In this case, you will have to create a block of the phrase or paragraph and press the required alignment icon. You can refer to the topic Cut Copy Paste Delete in Word for creating a block of text.
In the Macromedia Flash graphics on the left, please hover your mouse on the different icons to understand the various alignment related icons. You will find these icons in Formatting Toolbar.
