1. If Ctrl+(some key), for example, Ctrl+B is mentioned, then you have to keep the Ctrl (Control) Key pressed while pressing "B". Then release them together.
2. If Alt+Ctrl+(some key), for example, Alt+Ctrl+O is mentioned, then you have to keep the Alt (Alternate) key and Ctrl Key pressed while pressing "O". Then release all of them together.
